I speak five languages in total: English (near native), French (fluent), Spanish (fluent), Russian (fluent) and Georgian (conversational). I first qualified as a tutor and teacher in my native Georgia in 1998 and I then tutored for many years before moving to the UK in 2007 where I continued with my tutoring work and also gained UK professional qualifications in teaching (PGDE ESOL and PGDE MFL). In 2017 I also spent six months living and working in France. I then moved to the Isle of Man in 2018 where I secured my current teaching post at King William’s College on the island, a leading independent school. I am currently studying for a graduate diploma in Spanish at the University of Dundee. The international nature of my training and education has brought me into contact with people from all over the world. I have taught languages to students from Europe, South Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
